By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 129 platform available through our official website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. The following actions are prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or other methods to access or manipulate the platform.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, system vulnerabilities, or technical errors on the platform.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Making false claims, providing inaccurate information, or impersonating another person.
• Disrupting the platform's operations or interfering with other users' experience.
• Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use yours.

The 129 platform reserves the right to take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities, where there is evidence of illegal activity.

The 129 platform reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time at our sole discretion, particularly if:

• The user has breached any part of these terms and conditions.
• There is suspicious activity, fraud, or misuse of the platform.
• The user provided false or inaccurate information during registration.
• The account has been inactive beyond the period specified under the current policy.
• There is a directive from the relevant legal authorities.

If an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of terms, any valid remaining balance will be returned to the user once the verification process is complete. In cases involving a breach of terms, 129 reserves the right to withhold the balance in the relevant account while an investigation is conducted.

Users may also voluntarily close their account by contacting customer support. Before closure, please ensure all pending withdrawals have been processed.

We will endeavour to notify users of material changes via in-account or on-site notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Applicable Law
